Visiting and departing
to SONEKA

- How can I reach the hotel from New Chitose Airport / JR Kitahiroshima Station / JR Sapporo Station?
- (1) A shuttle service (charged) is available between New Chitose Airport and SONEKA by advance reservation. Please inquire at least one month in advance. Additionally, shuttle service is free with reservations made through the official website.
(2) By rental car: It takes about 35 minutes from the New Chitose Airport IC on the Do-O Expressway via Wassamu PA.

- For guests using JR
- (1) From JR Sapporo Station to JR Kitahiroshima Station (Rapid Airport: approx. 18 min.) + approx. 15 min. by cab.
(2) From JR New Chitose Airport Station to JR Kitahiroshima Station (Rapid Airport, approx. 28 min.) + approx. 15 min. by cab.
There is no shuttle service to and from our facility. We can arrange for a hired car for a fee so please make a request in advance.

- Is there parking available?
- There are free outdoor parking spaces for up to two cars per building. There are 20 free outdoor parking spaces available on the premises.
If you are planning to arrive by car, please let us know the number of cars and estimated time of arrival and departure in advance.
EV chargers are available.

- Can I send my luggage to the hotel in advance?
- Please send your luggage to the address below after booking your stay. We will keep your luggage at our facility from up to five days prior to your check-in date until your arrival. Please be sure to indicate the name of the person making the reservation and the date of arrival.
Regarding lodging

- What are the check-in and check-out times?
- Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m.
If you plan to arrive after 9:00 p.m., please contact us in advance.

- Can I check-in early and check-out late?
- Since there are only four guest rooms, early check-in and late check-out are not available.
If you arrive before your room is ready, you can leave your luggage with us.
We can also keep your luggage for you after check-out. If it is absolutely necessary to use the room, you will be asked to pay for an additional night.

- What is the room cancellation policy?
- The cancellation fee will be 20% from 28 days prior, 30% from 14 days prior, 50% from 7 days prior, 70% from 3 days prior, 100% from the day before, and 100% for no-shows.

- Are there any restrictions on accommodations for children?
- Only Inkara (Villa Type 2) accepts children 12 years of age and older. There are no restrictions for other villas.

- What are the children's rates for meals?
- Small portions of adult dishes are available at 50% of the adult price.
Kids plates (dinner) are available for ¥7,250, and kids plates (breakfast) are available for ¥3,025. Please let us know when making your reservation.

- Are there smoking rooms available?
- Smoking is not permitted inside the buildings. Please smoke outside the building in designated areas with ashtrays. If you are found smoking in your room, you will be charged a penalty fee.

- How can I change my reservation?
- If you have made a reservation through a reservation website, please contact the website directly.br>If you have made a reservation directly with the hotel, please change your reservation through the reservation page of our website.

- Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
- We apologize, but due to the structure of the buildings, we are not wheelchair accessible.

- Are pets allowed in the facility?
- We apologize, but we do not allow pets in our facility. However, service dogs are allowed. Please provide a certificate for your service dog when making a reservation.

- Are there any housekeeping services available during my stay at SONEKA?
- We collect garbage, change towels, and replenish amenities daily.
To provide a comfortable stay while considering environmental impact, sheets are changed, rooms are vacuumed, and toilets/bathrooms are cleaned once every three days.
If you wish for daily sheet changes, vacuuming, and toilet/bathroom cleaning, please inform us upon check-in.

During my stay at SONEKA

- Is free Wi-Fi available?
- Yes. Wi-Fi is available free of charge for guests. You will be given a password upon check-in.

- Do you offer ski/snowboard rentals or lessons?
- We do not offer ski/snowboard rentals or lessons at our facility, but there are ski resorts nearby. Rentals are available at nearby ski resorts.

- Are the facilities available to non-guests?
- The facilities are only available to guests staying at the hotel. However, meals accompanied by guests are accepted with prior notice.

- Can foreign currency be exchanged at the facility?
- We do not offer foreign currency exchange services. We recommend that you exchange foreign currency at the airport.

- How do I settle my account at check-out?
- Only credit cards are accepted for payment. We do not accept cash.
We accept credit cards affiliated with VISA, Master, American Express, JCB, and Diners.

- If I have particular dietary requirements, such as allergies, can I request a special meal?
- We will do our best to accommodate your particular dietary needs. Please inform the hotel staff when making your reservation.

- Are there humidifiers available in the guest rooms?
- Yes, we do. Humidifiers are available as loaner equipment, so please let our staff know when making your reservation or checking in if you require one.

- Basic room service is available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

- Where can I find lost or forgotten items?
- Lost or forgotten items will be kept for 30 days. All items will be disposed of after that time.

- Is swimwear required for the thermal pool and outdoor hot spring? Are swimwear rentals available?
- Swimwear is required for the thermal pool and outdoor hot spring. Please bring your own.

- Can the thermal pool be used all year round?
- Yes, it can. The temperature of the thermal pool is approximately 38-40 degrees Celsius, so it can be used throughout the year.

- Is there a laundry service?
- Yes. There is a washing machine in your room for your own use.

- Can I bring in food and drinks and cook in my room?
- Yes, you can. Cooking utensils are available in the kitchen of the living wing for your free use.
About the Hot Spring

- Please tell me about the use of the open-air bath and thermal pool.
- Swimwear is mandatory, but you can use them 24 hours a day. The open-air bath temperature is maintained between 41°C and 43°C depending on the season, and the thermal pool is maintained at approximately 38°C to 40°C.

- Are towels and amenities provided?
- Yes, they are. We provide bath towels, face towels, bathrobes, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, basic cosmetics, and a hairdryer.

- Can small children use the facilities?
- Children are allowed to use the facilities. However, for safety reasons, please ensure they are accompanied by a guardian.
