Wood-fire cooking that goes back to its roots,
where you can enjoy the flavor of the land
from farm-to-table.

We grow as much of our own food as possible in our vegetable garden on the premises at SONEKA,
and use what is available at that time of the year
to savor each season.
Other ingredients are locally produced taking food mileage into consideration,
and we use items in which the producers can be visibly identified.
We seek to bring out the full flavors of the ingredients
in the simplest and best possible way,
and to make them enjoyable to taste.
SONEKA's earth, wind, water, and light provide the seasoning
for the ingredients in a naturalistic style.

and offers dynamic and innovative cuisine
