SONEKA meditation program to revitalize your mind and body
This is an original Sakura-style meditation program held in a tranquil forest, away from everyday life.
You can experience meditation to gently balance your mind and body. Each session takes about 10 minutes.
In a quiet space surrounded by nature, you will follow an audio guide at a time that suits you,
whether it’s morning or evening, so even first-time meditators can feel at ease.
All you need to do is simply breathe and gently surrender to what you feel, rather than “trying hard at something.

- We offer two 10-minute programs, one for waking up and one for going to bed,
following the audio guide of the Sakura-style meditation program in your room or in a Soneca recommended meditation spot.
